- Digital journal with 2 weeks of grade-level student writing prompts focusing on social, emotional, and cultural concepts
- 1 planning meeting between teachers and KMW facilitator
- Ongoing facilitation support as needed throughout the 2 weeks of journaling and 1 Zoom Meet
- 1-hour facilitated Zoom Meet between classrooms which provides an opportunity for students to meet and share some of their thoughts to the prompt responses throughout the exchange.

Duration of exchange:
- 2 weeks of Digital Journal Prompts provided
- 1 one-hour facilitated Zoom Meet student discussion
This two-week exchange provides opportunities for students to engage in important social, emotional, and cultural topics through digital journaling. Know My World provides 2 weeks of prompts and a classroom match where students can write and share their responses. At the end of the two weeks, students can meet virtually through a facilitated Zoom Meet where they can share their takeaways from the exchange experience with each other.
